Hello and welcome! I am Amy Leist, a wildlife biologist and photographer living (for the time being) in Reno, NV. My grandfather gave me my 1st camera as a small child, and I have loved being behind the camera ever since. My initial passion for photographing wildlife and landscapes has expanded to include people and events. Attending and shooting friends’ weddings have brought joy to me and the brides and grooms. Now I can’t stop shooting people, large and small. My objective as a photographer is to make others happy by capturing the beauty of individuals, friends, and families to preserve memories for years to come.
